Cancellation Policy

What is VirtualOfficeRegistry.com’s cancellation policy for recurring billing and subscriptions?
The customer may cancel their recurring subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future rebills will be charged to their account.

What is the difference between a refund and a cancellation?
If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer on a prorated basis, as long as this is within the standard 4 week refund period. A refund on a recurring billing subscription will also result in a cancellation.

If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing subscription, no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund – it will only stop any future rebills.

Is there any other reason why a sale might be reversed?
